These Cake Batter Cookies are a delightful treat that capture the flavors of cake in a cookie form. They are soft, chewy, and bursting with colorful sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
- 1 box cake mix vanilla or your choice of flavor
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sprinkles rainbow or colored
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Put the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl and mix them together
Mix until you get a dough
Add the white chocolate chips and sprinkles slowly to the cookie dough
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie
You can use a tablespoon or a cookie scoop for this
After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden
After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
The cookies are ready to be eaten once they are completely cool
