Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef sirloin tips, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Mashed potatoes, for serving
Instructions:
Add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary to the cubed beef
To make sure the beef is evenly covered, dredge it in flour
Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot and set it to Saut mode
Put in the beef cubes and brown them all over
Take them out and set them aside
Put the garlic and onions in the Instant Pot and saut them until they get soft
Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and beef broth, and scrape the bottom to get rid of the stuck-on food
The Instant Pot should be set to Manual mode with high pressure for 10 minutes
Add the beef back to the pot and close the lid
When youre done, quickly let go of the pressure and carefully open the lid
Make a slurry with water and cornstarch in a small bowl
Turn on the heat and stir the gravy until it gets thicker
Put beef tips and gravy on top of mashed potatoes
