Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon or sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salsa or hot sauce optional
Instructions:
Add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk
Put the butter in a big pan and melt it over medium-low heat
It will take about 34 minutes of cooking after adding the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan for them to become soft
Add the egg mix to the pan with the vegetables that have been sauted
Stir the eggs around as you cook them until theyre the way you like them
Place the cooked bacon or sausage and cheddar cheese shreds on top of the scrambled eggs
Mix everything together well by stirring until the cheese melts
To make the flour tortillas soft, heat them in a dry skillet or the microwave for 10 seconds at a time
Put an equal amount of the egg mixture in the middle of each of the four tortillas
To make burritos, fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and then roll them up tight
If you want to add more flavor, you can serve it with salsa or hot sauce
You can now eat your Easy Breakfast Burritos
