Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker
Top each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese
In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and milk
Pour mixture over chicken
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through
