Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl using a whisk
Add salt and pepper to both sides of the chicken breasts
Put chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them
Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade
If you want the chicken to be fully cooked, it should be done after 6 to 8 minutes on each side
The middle should no longer be pink
Take the chicken off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes
