Provolone Pancetta Burgers with Parmesan Herb Crisps

Theres a tasty new way to make burgers with these Provolone Pancetta Burgers with Parmesan Herb Crisps. This burger is to die for with the salty pancetta, the creamy provolone cheese, and the crunchy Parmesan herb crisps.

Ingredients:

  • 4 burger patties
  • 8 slices of pancetta
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, thyme, and oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Warm up your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat

On both sides, season the burger patties with salt and pepper

The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

Lay the pancetta slices on the grill while the burgers are cooking

Cook for about two to three minutes on each side until crispy

Grate the Parmesan cheese and chop the fresh herbs into a small bowl

Take the pancetta off the grill when its crispy and set it aside

Putting the burger buns on the grill with the cut side down will make them toasty

This should take about one to two minutes

Put a slice of provolone cheese on top of each burger patty and let it melt a bit

Put a burger patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun to put the burgers together

Put two crispy slices of pancetta on top and a lot of the Parmesan herb mixture on top of that

Put the top half of the bun on top, and serve right away
