Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water 110F / 43C
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Add warm water, sugar, and yeast to a bowl
Wait five minutes until it foams up
Salt and olive oil should be added to the yeast mix
Mix in the flour little by little until a dough forms
For 5 to 7 minutes, knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and springy
To make the dough double in size, put it in a bowl that has been greased and cover it with a damp cloth
Let it rise for one to two hours
Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking
Press the dough down, and then make it into the shape of pizza you want
Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet after it has been rolled out
Add the things you like on your pizza
Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden
Cut your homemade pizza into pieces, serve it, and enjoy
