When you want to make pizza, this Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust is a healthy and gluten-free option. This is a tasty way to enjoy your favorite pizza flavors with the health benefits of spaghetti squash.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Your favorite pizza toppings e
  • g
  • , tomato sauce, more cheese, veggies, pepperoni

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Split the spaghetti squash in half down the middle, and then scoop out the seeds

Put the squash halves on a baking sheet with the cut sides down

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the flesh is soft and can be easily torn apart with a fork

Take the squash out of the oven and let it cool down for a while

With a fork, scrape the spaghetti-like strands out of the squash and onto a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth

Use the towel to squeeze out as much water as you can from the squash strands

Squeezed spaghetti squash, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper

Use your hands to make a thin, round crust that is about 1/4 inch thick

The crust should be baked in a hot oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until it turns golden brown and the edges are crispy

Take the crust out of the oven and put on your favorite pizza toppings

I put the pizza back in the oven and baked it for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the toppings were hot and bubbly

Spaghetti Squash Pizza is ready to eat Just cut it up and serve it
