This Candida-friendly green smoothie is packed with nutritious ingredients that are gentle on the digestive system. Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:
